The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions, passport signing and some vaccination services.
An up-to date list of the fees we charge is displayed in the Reception. Please speak to one of our receptionists if you need further information.
Please note that you should allow 10 working days for all forms and letters to be completed by one of the Doctors before collection.
