We are posting this exciting news to you to let you know that plans are being submitted to relocate the surgery to new premises on the Carlton Centre Retail Park on Outer Circle Road in Lincoln.
Why are we doing this?
The number of patients registered at the surgery has doubled over the last ten years. We currently have 5,621 patients registered, with this estimated to increase in the coming years. The current premises at 17 Montaigne Crescent would not be able to accommodate a growing number of services that we want to see delivered for patients locally.

Patient care is at the centre of everything we do. Our community’s views on the healthcare it needs are key in progressing our plans and we encourage patients to share their views.
You can do this by completing our survey. A link to the survey is available below. There will also be paper copies of the survey available at the surgery.
We will also be holding two events at Glebe Park Surgery to discuss our plans in more detail and answer any questions you may have. These events will be held on:
- Tuesday 28 February, 6 pm-8 pm (drop in anytime)
- Tuesday 14 March, 6 pm-8 pm (drop in anytime)
